August 1st, 2011 (Day 213)

I had my counseling appointment this afternoon which is continuing to go well. I like going and find it helpful.



Afterwards I went to Annmarie's to swim with her and Fi when she got home from work. We enjoyed lounging in the pool, catching up, and then went to the Custard Spot and got some yummy custard for dessert.





And if custard wasn't enough...I had a strong desire to bake something tonight. We had overripe bananas that needed to be used for something...so I made a delicious batch of banana muffins. Yum!
