I spent the first half of my day with Aunt Karen! We got lunch, visited the kids and saw their new house, and then I went back to her house and met the cute new golden retriever named Lucy that she and Uncle Steve recently adopted. Lucy is 6 years old and had to be re-homed because her owner's kid became allergic to her. It was good to spend some time with my great aunt. :)
Later on I met up with Lauren and Annie to get the final things for our trip. We went shopping to get snacks and drinks for the road trip. We also got all the extra odds and ends we needed.
I found this gem shopping. These Cruella socks gave me the heebie jeebies even now as a 21 year old. I would have been terrified of them as a kid...what kid would want them!? Ahaha.
