April 19th, 2011 (Day 109)

Today I fulfilled one of my many roles: intern. Next week is my last week at Safehaus and I will really miss being there. I feel like it was such a great placement for my first internship. It totally opened my eyes to the possibility of working in mental health area of social work. I had no prior interest and now I can definitely see myself doing something like this in the future. I guess that is what internships are all about. Testing out the waters and getting experience with different things :)


My cute little lanyard complete with my badge that makes me feel so official. And a whistle that I haven't had the chance to use. And keys. Woo!
